We are now looking for a Communication Manager in Central Eastern Europe for our Consumer brands: GeForce, Studio, GeForce Now. In this role, you will streamline and own campaigns and projects including Press/Media, Influencers and Social. You will work closely with NVIDIA's Marketing and Sales teams to create and deploy messaging, assets, tools and experiences for gamers and creators. You will report directly to the Regional Marketing Manager. What you'll be doing:

  • Support local team on go-to-market strategy, working closely with CEE marketing and sales teams, EMEA consumer marketing and sales teams, channel, AICs, OEMs, ISV (Independent Software Vendors) partners and publishers to drive the implementation

  • Product Advocacy: Articulate NVIDIA products value proposition through personal contact with partners, media and influencers. Drive education and execution of product launches

  • Work with the local PR agencies on GeForce, Studio and AI PC launches and campaigns, partners titles and events / tradeshows to achieve great media coverage. Initiate local programs or execute specific global communications plan

  • Utilise and keep on top of the latest tech, creator, gaming, and community trends, social media trends and features to drive campaigns, quarterly social performance and sustain demand generation

  • Plan, produce and execute influencer activities / campaigns to increase awareness of NVIDIA Products. Create inspiring content and drive the results NVIDIA business needs

  • Expand awareness into mainstream and specialist media. Consolidate NVIDIA amongst gamers and creators and ensure continued communications growth

  • Manage, moderate, and produce content for regional Facebook, Twitter, Twitch and Instagram pages with the opportunity to explore new social platforms when meaningful

  • Work closely with channel partners on joint marketing activities, and ensure budgets are spent in line with marketing objectives and critical metrics

  • Localize and drive branding, messaging, positioning and communication materials

  • Ensure consistency across the countries and channels

  • Support event coordination for regional events

What we need to see:

  • A good degree from a leading university in a Marketing or Business-related discipline.

  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills in English and Polish

  • A minimum 5 years' experience within a PR services, Community manager role or customer-facing marketing role, ideally within the consumer technology and/or entertainment space.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels, across different geographical territories

  • Strategic thinker with capacity to execute and deliver compelling results, on time

  • International experience is a plus

  • Team oriented with the ability to work in a matrix organization
