Position summary

e communication between customer and internal teams and regular review project progress.

  • Conduct RMA QA Analysis daily with collecting/reviewing customer data to achieve the RMA Approval TAT.

  • Support data analysis and reporting to internal engineering teams and top management.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent education or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of customer quality experience in electronics products.

  • Experience in quality operation in RMA.

  • Strong ability on data analysis and familiar with QA analysis tools.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • In depth experience in customer complaint handling and understanding what customer need in quality.
  • Good experience in SAP/ Data Analysis.
  • Strong background of technical/debug skills in test methodology.
  • Good experience in programming and using Excel, JMP Analysis.
