Job Description
 

At ODH, Security is a central part of our culture. We work tirelessly to develop Security, Privacy and Compliance as a core behavior of our staff, and those who use our Systems and Platforms. We approach Security with a Defense-in-Depth strategy but ultimately, rely on the collective decades of experience of our leadership to move beyond tooling and influence our people, as people, to be more security minded. 

The intern will be learning principles of Security and supporting areas of focus from the ODH Head of Security Privacy and GRC. 

Areas covered may include but are not limited to:

• Access Management

• Vulnerability Management

• Patch Management

• Static Code Analysis

• Software Composition Analysis

• Dynamic Application Security Testing

• Penetration Testing

• Endpoint Security

• Configuration Management

• Security Awareness

• Regulatory Compliance

• Privacy Compliance

• Risk Assessment and Risk Management

• Business Continuity

• Cloud Platforms

• CI/CD Processes/Systems

• Software Development Lifecycle

Toward the end of the internship, using a culmination of the skills and systems learned the intern will work to produce business outputs that can continue to make an impact, even after the internship ends.

Educational Qualifications
Minimum

• Undergraduate: Cyber Security, Computer Science major preferred

• Enrolled in an accredited college or university following the potential internship or co-op assignment

• Demonstrates behaviors aligned with the Otsuka Corporate Brand including Perseverance, Unconventional Thinking, and Humility 

• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment 

• Demonstrate ability to think creatively to solve complex problems

• Exhibits eagerness to learn and ability to learn quickly
