Operations team. This team is positioned as a part of our growing retail media network team to coordinate execution of media channels across our Sponsored Product and Display Ad technology media platform.
Recipe for Success - What's “in store” for the role
Collaborate with internal teams (head of account management and Sales, strategy and marketing lead, and ad tech lead) to ensure a seamless experience for both the retailer & suppliers
Lead the campaign setup, implementation, and trafficking within the retail media platform
Lead the confirmation to Account Management as well as provide proof of launch via campaign screenshots, once campaigns are launched.
Work closely with Account Management ensuring successful delivery of all campaigns by routinely observing campaign performance and delivery; raise potential delivery issues and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals
Upon campaign completion, generate campaign reports from the platform and validate for accuracy prior to handing off to respective teams to provide to the brand client
Lead all aspects of billing & invoicing process to ensure billing accuracy; confirm billing details with Account Management team and pull final delivery reports to review invoices prior to being sent to brands
Be a trusted source of data, insight, and context of CitrusAd campaigns
The Essentials In Your Cart - The required ingredients
10+ years in advertising, media sales and/or business development
10+ years leading a team
Ecommerce media and/or sponsored search a plus
Experience with campaign management in a fast-paced environment
Data-driven and analytical with strong attention to detail and process
Proven leader with vision in strategy and operational efficiencies
Experience with ecommerce media and search platforms and/or the ability and drive to learn quickly
Expert knowledge of retail, ecommerce, and digital industry
Knowledge and experience leading large teams with cross functional leadership capabilities
BA/BS degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA preferred
