-   Принимать документы, подтверждающие поставку продукции клиентам Компании у водителей и водителей-экспедиторов, смежных подразделений и отражать их в учётной системе.
-   Осуществлять проверку документов на предмет полноты и корректности оформления, вести учет недооформленных документов, проводить работу, направленную на обеспечение полноты и оформления и возврат надлежащие оформление документов, переданных ранее на доработку.
-   Обеспечить полноту и корректность данных по реализации продукции в системе Компании в чётком соответствии с данными накладных/УПД/СЧФДОП, при необходимости - вносить в систему соответствующие изменения.
-   Осуществлять прием и выдачу наличных денежных средств, оформлять приходные и расходные кассовые ордера, вести кассовую книгу, ежедневную сверку кассы.
-   Готовить и сдавать наличные денежные средства в инкассацию, оформлять сопроводительную документацию.
-   Осуществлять проверку правильности оформления и наличия всех необходимых реквизитов на принимаемых документах
-   Выполнять архивирование, утилизацию документов в соответствии с требованиями компании.

Требования:  
  

-   Наличие высшего/незаконченного высшего/среднего-специального профессионального образования .
-   Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции/в области бухгалтерии, финансов не менее 1 года.
-   Уверенный пользователь ПК, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-   Уверенный пользователь SAP, в том числе навыки решения сложных "кейсов".

Fertility Solutions Program: eligible members can participate in the Reproductive Resource Services Program (RRSP) designed to help members understand fertility treatment options, follow the best treatment process, and maximize their benefits. There is a combined (medical and prescription drug claims) lifetime maximum of $35,000.
