Accountable for the configuration, integration and ongoing operations of all HR information systems, platforms and tool in coordination with GHRO team
Ensure business requirements / Process gaps are successfully translated into system performance
Evaluate and analyse sector/local systems performance in close collaboration with IT to maximize efficiency and minimize risk
Proactively Intoduce new HR technologies, like AI, RPA to meet emerging business needs/requirements that drive end-user satisfaction and business results
Manage EC & HR Downstream tools data security requirements , ensure full compliance & data governance is in place for critical employee data
Perdiocally review role based permissions on who access to which nformation and action (as per global guideline on defining gropus, creating roles and assigning roles to the group)
Lead vendors consolidation initiatives on Payroll to ensure data quality and efficiency
Manage sector third-party vendors relationships (https://e.g., Allsec, Excelity); engage with third-party partners to improve performance, business reviews and pricing as it relates to HR technology and process improvement
Communicate HR system issues and enhancements to system owners/end users
Act as Data Governance Gatekeeper for any system related changes
Work in close partnership with Global HR Systems lead in implementing any technological improvements for Global platforms (EC, MyP&D, ICIMS..etc.)
Act as custodian for sector specific technologies (ERC, HR Repository)
Laise and monitor with Service Centre all APAC CRs, QBs, Mass Upload, etc.
Ensure consistent coaching and knowledge transfer to the team and monitor improvement
