Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $75,000 - $127,500.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience either internally or with a Top-Tier consulting firm
Analytical rigor: the ability to run highly complicated quantitative analysis in a defect-free manner. Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel is important for this role
Team player mentality: a consensus building, upbeat team contributor
A can-do attitude: the ability to take ownership of initiatives enthusiastically and aggressively
The candidate selected for this position will be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment. He/she must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel
This professional must be analytical and persuasive in their relationships and be able to gain and hold the respect of key stakeholders within the company
This candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills for working in matrixed environment
He/she must be team oriented, and possess a strong work ethic
