Overview
Hands on design, configuration and support of Workforce Dimensions including pay rules, accruals, function access, web/mobile navigators, data views, attestation, reporting and device administration.
Responsibilities
• Upgrade existing UKG implementation from lower versions to a more compatible and recent version. Overall, understanding of the UKG solution is a must for successfully upgrading and deploying the solution.
• Work closely with Configuration Manager, System Integration Partner and internal/external stakeholders to create requirements and design complex solutions in Workforce Dimensions (WFD).
• Serve as configuration and subject matter expert on Workforce Dimensions (WFD) platform including, but not limited to pay rules, accruals, function and display access, web/mobile navigators, attestation, data views, reporting and device management.
• Provide impact analysis relating to new requests, unit and system integration testing, user acceptance test support and on-going support for existing processes built in WFC.
• Ability to solve complex data issues.
• Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
• Support and maintain applications within the production environment, including working with end users and others within IT to troubleshoot and identify root cause of issues.
• Maintain technical documentation with all the technical details and proper visual diagrams (Flowcharts, Diagram and layouts) for ease of understanding.
• Analyze production issues to determine problem source and recommend solutions
• Assist in code reviews, deployments and Knowledge Transfer sessions to Stakeholders and DEV/SEC/OPS sustain team
Qualifications
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years administration/application experience designing, configuring, deploying and maintenance in UKG-Workforce Central https://V8.1 including, but not limited to pay rules, accruals, function and display access, web/mobile navigators, attestation, data views, workflow notifications, reporting and device management.
• 5+ years experience working with cloud solutions
MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Prior experience implementing Kronos/UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions including pay rules, accruals, function and display access, web/mobile navigators, attestation, data views and reporting. (Workforce Dimension preferred)
• Experience administering and troubleshooting InTouch 9000/9100 devices (configuration, firmware upgrades, recalibration, initialization, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data and system concerns by applying analytical skills and efficiently communicate findings and design solutions using Excel, Word, Powerpoint, or other tools
• Prior knowledge or experience with HRIS and Payroll systems
• Experience working with cloud solutions
• Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.

• Should have a sound or general understanding of project management activities and methodologies.
• Works well under guidance and direction
• Knowledgeable and experienced within own functional discipline or business unit and willing to learn and expand
• Experience working with 3rdparty resources and vendors
