    Position summary

    Overview

    This role supports the implementation and deployment of MDG for the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT). Objectives of the role is to implement and enhance MDG Change Requests for BP & RTR Master Data. This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology principles for the PepsiCo Global Template deployment projects.

    Specific deliverables include:

    • Delivery of MDG BRFplus rules for BP and RTR Master Data Enhancements

    • Prepare / Collaborate on Design Authority approval documentation

    • Flexible Framework Change Request configuration for BP and RTR Master Data

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with Global Process, IT Functional and Technical teams to support BP Customer process design for the S/4 Global Template MDG end-to-end solution, including understanding impacts to existing PepsiCo global master data business process solutions already in place, and offering alternatives for flexibility, optimization, simplification and reuse in Functional Design Documents

    • Partner with the Global Template Master Data Governance leads and specialists to translate BP and RTR business process requirements into flexible functional and technical solutions that may be easily extended for subsequent business implementations

    • Partner with BP and RTR Functional (DDI) Leads to ensure critical (high-impact) master data attributes and process standards are properly documented and agreed upon and that critical data rules are translated

    • Provides hands on BRFplus rules, MDGIMG and Flexible Framework configuration

    • Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.

    • Develop user stories and critical test scenarios for major configurable variances in the BP and RTR Data maintenance process

    • Participate in Sprint planning, execution, retrospectives and other key ceremonies

    • Primary Techical design for BRF+ business rules integrated with SAP MDG- Decide

    • Primary technical design for MDG Data Model / Governance Scope for BP & RTR - Consult, Decide

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a dedicated Data role, preferably on the SAP ERP platform, with a focus on the BP Customer functional area and execution of maintenance business processes. Specific knowledge and expertise of the SAP Operations/Supply Chain design would be an advantage.

    • Experience with implementations and support of SAP MDG, including configuring Change Requests / workflows and BRFplus rules. Lacking MDG experience, a strong multi-year background in SAP SD or MM configuration including the condition technique will be considered.

    • Experience with design and administration of workflow solutions, in SAP, IBM BPM, or a similar technology

    • Consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments (including at a global or corporation-wide level)

    • Ability to understand functional and IT requirements, and be able to identify and offer multiple solution options to facilitate the best outcome

    • Effective oral and written skills to communicate complex ideas and concepts, and provide clear documentation to the management and executive leadership, and across multiple geographies

    • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences

    • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements

    • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP, SolMan 5+, CHARM, MS Azure, and Quality Center

    Bachelor's degree required

    • Ability to clear obstacles for teams to deliver
    • Proven expertise in MDG Master Data - BP & RTR Domain
