    Position summary

    Overview

    The main purpose of the role is to develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support critical business functions and meet project requirements. The role involves working with various IT stakeholders across the world to develop the campaign functionality or business needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with SFMC Business Analyst, SFMC Architect, Delivery Lead to transform technical requirements and design into best practice-led Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical solution

    • Work with Architect and delivery lead to implement SFMC solutions

    • Follow and implement high-level architecture/design documents created by Architect that leverage SFMC best practices and PepsiCo standards

    • Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive to a successful resolution.

    • Provide oversight to Jr development team (up to 3 resources) and ensure sound technical delivery of the product

    • Contribute to SFMC CoE building activities by building new POCs to maximize business value using the breadth of the SFMC Platform available, also harvesting knowledge from existing implementations.

    2+ years java development

    5+ years project management

    3+ years people management

    Years of Experience:

    7-10 plus years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of experience as SFMC Sr developer including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Administration, etc

    Mandatory Tech Skills:

    • 7-10 plus years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of experience as SFMC Sr developer including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Administration, etc

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar field.

    • Experience developing campaign using modules like Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Mobile Push, Web Studio, etc

    • 2 Active SFMC Developer Certifications (SFMC Admin, Email Specialist, SFMC Developer, SFMC Consultant)

    Mandatory Non Tech Skills:

    • Agile delivery experience.

    • Self-motivated and creative

    • Experience as Sr developer in SFMC modules

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    • Motivated self-starter, able to change directions quickly when priorities shift and quickly think through problems to design and deliver solutions

    • Passion for technology and for learning
