    Overview

    Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. PBNA makes, sells, and delivers approximately 75 percent of PepsiCo's North American beverage volume. Its diverse portfolio includes some of the world's most widely recognized beverage brands, including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, Aquafina, Gatorade, SoBe, Lipton, and Amp Energy. In many markets, PBNA also manufactures and/or distributes allied brands, including Dr Pepper, Crush, ROCKSTAR, and Muscle Milk.

    Responsibilities

    This position's responsibility will cover multiple administrative tasks including but not limited to:

    • Provide Unit Sales Manager support with reporting and data analysis

    • Assist with mailing, scanning, and copying documents

    • Conference Room scheduling and Calendar management

    • Processing Customer Orders via. LOE or HHC support

    • Local IT coordinator including Mobility Management and ordering devices/supplies

    • Uniform Ordering and management including backup procurement support

    • Maintain Contact List and Org Charts for Location/Market

    • Provide backup support/coverage as needed with Payroll processing, front desk coverage and/or cashiering responsibilities

    • Meeting Organizer for Special Events - 100 DOS / AOP

    • Supporting the location with special projects and tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    • 1 + years of experience in administrative support in a consumer goods environment

    • Prior experience with reporting / data analysis

    • Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications

    • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, Keen sense of urgency

    • Outstanding organization and communication skills
