Creatively leveraging PEP data to unlock consumer insights using PepsiCo Tasty Rewards and the Tasty Makers internal panel solution, and thereby address stakeholders' problems to solve.
Unlocking use cases for our current suite of consumer data tools that allow for streamlining existing vendor contracts. This will require technical understanding of PEP data resources as well as an understanding of how brand problems to solve are currently being addressed by external vendors.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
4+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, consumer/shopper insights, or category management
Comfort querying data using SQL
Understanding of how to leverage scaled data for insights, media, and measurement, including comfort working with technical teams
Proactive self-starter, able to work independently
Problem solver who is able to diagnose a problem and creatively work toward a solution using one or more complex data sets
Creative thinker who can bring innovation to analytical approach
Comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure
Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, delivering strong, detailed execution
