• Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions  
  
• Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast  
  
• Assist Finance Director with the development of ticket/trade/net targets by channel and account.  
  
• Analyze Trade Spend and Net Sales performance vs Plan and Forecast  
  
• Perform post audits on promotional spend to optimize events.  
  
• Provide analytic support to help prepare for customer visits  
  
• Develop and manage models, tools and reporting  
  
• Help administer non-key account CMAs  
  
• Provide control and oversite of Coordinator to ensure accurate claims approval processes  
  
• Lead performance analysis and reporting for customer/region/function  
  
• Work on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and region performance  
  
• Develop PowerPoint presentiation to communicate business results and insights  
  
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects

**Qualifications**  
  

-   Experience working on a P&L, core financial planning experience
-   6-7 years of experience in finance and planning for post graduates (MBA preferably)  
    (4-7 years of experience in finance and planning for chartered accounts preferred as well)
-   Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase
-   Tableau knowledge
-   Strong excel skills
-   Able to work independently and takes initiative
-   Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously
-   Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
-   Ability to function well in a team environment
-   Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
-   Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language

Associate Manager-finance

Fertility Solutions Program: eligible members can participate in the Reproductive Resource Services Program (RRSP) designed to help members understand fertility treatment options, follow the best treatment process, and maximize their benefits. There is a combined (medical and prescription drug claims) lifetime maximum of $35,000.

There are numerous PepsiCo locations with designated facilities for nursing mothers, called Mothers Rooms. &nbsp;Each location is slightly different in terms of access to the rooms and the equipment available.

In-home back-up eldercare is available for up to 15 days per year per employee.

Discounts are available at select childcare facilities.

PepsiCo offers paid Parental Leave to eligible employees to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child. Up to six weeks of paid Parental Leave is available for births or adoptions.

Family/Medical Leave is available up to 12 weeks total for the year and runs concurrently with Short-Term Disability Leave and/or Parental Leave.

In addition to 6 weeks of paid Parental Leave mothers are eligible for 6 weeks of short-term disability leave for a natural delivery or 8 weeks for a C-section.

Cleo allows you to virtually connect with a network of experts through the app for guidance, from pregnancy until your child&#39;s first birthday.
