Position summary

Overview

Provide dashboard design & visualization support for the Demand Accelerator team that works with FLNA and PBNA Sectors; a part of the broader Global Business Services function in Hyderabad, India.

This role will help to enable accelerated growth for PepsiCo by building compelling visual content to drive understanding and commercial application of proprietary and syndicated insights, analytics and strategies with our brand and retailer partners.

Primary responsibilities include collecting and curating information from multiple resources and designing compelling visual communication for DX NA team.

Responsibilities

  • Support Demand Accelerator team with creation of data visualizations

  • Build data visualizations to analyze and present & transform sophisticated data to be more accessible, understandable, and usable to drive impactful commercial insights.

  • Closely partner with stakeholders to ensure the visualization answers the questions of the business and tells an easy to understand story - bridging analytics and business needs/questions.

  • Collaborate with Data Analytics team to understand data sets and technical details of the data.

  • Advise and share visualization design best practices to leverage and accelerate capability.

  • Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when additional information or data is required to back up existing information.

  • Stay apprised of shopper insights, retail industry and consumer trends from internal and external sources in order to help translate and incorporate this data and thinking into marketing, sales and channel strategies.

  • Develop & maintain relationships with the key end-user stakeholders in PepsiCo US HQ offices

  • Responsible for managing multiple priorities; have strong ability to manage deadlines and deliverables.

  • Timely communication with Business Partners on matters such as available capacity, changes of scope of existing project and planning of future projects.

  • Deliver outputs in line with the agreed timelines and formats.

  • Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the requested outputs.

  • Improve existing processes based on frequent Business Partner & end-user feedback loop

Qualifications

  • Junior/mid-level Insights or marketing professional with 7+ years experience in a leading consumer goods company.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, management or analytics; data science experience is a plus.

  • Ability to transform big data sets into impactful visualizations, leveraging visualization solutions specifically PowerBI and/orTableau, Alterix for full-stack data analysis, insight synthesis & presentation.

  • Strong design thinking and track record of creating unique and compelling data visualizations.

  • Proven skill and experience in creating compelling visual communications.

  • Proficient in Power Point and other design programs (ie Adobe Creative Suite - illustrator & photoshop).

  • High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including syndicated data and insights providers like IRI/Nielsen, Kantar, Edge by Ascential, Euromonitor, etc.

  • Commercial experience (marketing, sales, category management) and/or insights experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once, establish priorities, execute with attention to detail.

  • Creative thinker who can bring innovation to projects and processes.

  • Strong collaborator: Interested in and motivated by working with others; willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working

  • Operational experience from business servicing sector and/or consulting experience a plus.

  • Language: English Fluent
