Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the role is to drive value for the business by collaborating closely with Functional Leadership to achieve ambitious yet attainable transformation goals while also meeting performance targets.

This role will play a pivotal role in executing Transformational Projects aimed at fostering growth within PMF. Striking a harmonious balance between transformation and performance, the role ensures seamless business operations while harnessing digital capabilities. An essential aspect of this role involves integrating end-to-end value transformation and translating strategic visions into actionable plans that foster collaboration across functions and areas, all within a holistic framework. As a member of our dynamic team, this role will be at the forefront of steering the development and growth of the Digital Transformation Program.

Your Impact

As Business Transformation Associate Manager your scope would consist of:

  • Accountabilites high level
    • To Support and assist on key transformational Projects to drive growth in PMF, through active work with multifunctional teams, continuous monitoring of the project performance, identification of issues, risks and key decisions that could impact the project delivery.
    • To drive the design of the Business Transformation roadmap of the OU for each year, ensuring all the relevant information is consolidated and project interdependencies are mapped correctly.
    • To drive & manage the execution of the Business Transformation projects assigned, including programs associated but not limited Digital Business to Business Capabilites.
    • To Ensure the development and adoption of a growth mindset among PMF business leaders enabling and sponsoring new agile programs and Scrum fundamentals, presentation tools, use case submission, quality check and ways of working.
    • To Closely engage with PMF stake holders, ensuring its constant communication and integration with Transformation agenda and all relevant projects.
    • Connect with Finance & Change Management functions to ensure the correct execution of each project, ensuring a correct change management plan and a project on time and with value realization.

    • Strategy and Portfolio
      • Support the PMF BT Agenda helping build plans that will include all necessary inputs related to the processes required to achieve the defined strategy for PMF BT.
    • Program and Project Management
      • Support and help the management of program(s) or project(s) within PMF on a day-to-day basis to guarantee flawless execution: time, budget and scope fulfilment. When playing this role, is responsible for the continuous monitoring of the program and project performance, identification of issues, risks and key decisions that could impact the program or project delivery.
      • Monitor Value realization of the appointed projects or programs and support the resolution of gaps to guarantee fulfillment.
    • Engagement
      • Give support to organization stakeholders during the transformation journey to facilitate change adoption, capabilities creation and goals achievement.

      • Enable a Growth Mindset Culture in the organization to generate engagement and facilitate transformation.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Education/Requirements
    • Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems and/or Finance or Business Management.
    • English and Spanish fluent professional.
    • At least 3-5 years' formal experience leading continuous improvement or digital transformation projects (including e-commerce, Data analytics and fintechs).
    • Proven program and project management skills for large scale programs.
    • Deep business acumen.
    • Advanced knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Word & Project (desirable Visio, Power Apps and Power BI).
    • Outstanding program/project management skills.
  • Leadership
    • Capable to drive multifunctional teams to common objectives.
    • Negotiation capabilities.
    • Written, verbal communication skills.
    • Presentation and facilitation/negotiation skills.

    • Influential Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of leading workshops and engaging in meetings with Senior Leadership to convey complex concepts effectively.

    • Business Acumen: Strong working knowledge of business management best practices, ideally within the Consumer Products industry. Able to bring cross-industry best practices to inform strategic decisions.

    • Adaptive Leadership: Adaptable and confident in leading diverse programs across functions, collaborating with various team members and stakeholders. Quick learner, with a curiosity for emerging technologies and industry trends.

    • Digital Proficiency: Proficient in digital environments and confortable managing data and analytics initiatives, including tools like Power BI.

    • Strategic Insight: Ability to manage and interpret databases to extract valuable insights. Proactive in searching for and applying cross-industry best practices to enhance business strategies.

    • Collaborative Agility: A strong self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of cross-functional collaboration to drive results. Team-oriented mindset, excelling in solution-oriented environments and multitasking across priorities.
