nership via Shopper/Customer Insights. Key accountabilities include leading the shopper and consumer insights support for Kroger and Frito Lay Joint Business Planning, Internal Frito Lay Initiatives and for discovering new opportunities to drive future business growth.
Responsibilities
Work across PepsiCo and Kroger teams to lead transformational big bets initiatives on the Natural Bag Snacks, Warehouse Snacks and Immediate Consumption businesses.
Help lead insights development and support for the development, implementation and tracking of the Joint Business Plan with Kroger and the Frito Lay Annual Operating Plan.
Ensure insights and plans drive category growth, market share expansion and financial plan success
Develop impactful content to convey growth opportunities to internal and external partners across the main levers of our business with focus on assortment, space, promotions, pricing and displays
Utilize information from multiple sources such as https://84.51 Stratum, OnDemand, IRI POS, IRI Panel, Numerator and internal research to identify opportunities and develop growth strategies.
Develop into a subject matter expert in using https://84.51 Stratum to understand the Kroger shopper and how strategies impact their shopper behaviors
Provide high-level category insights support for Top to Top Meetings across Kroger Divisions
Develop strong working relationships with Kroger, https://84.51, PLM, Internal PepsiCo teams and all relevant business partners
Help mentor, guide and manage project workload for Associate Analyst position
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, MBA degree preferred
3 - 5 years' experience across CPG and Category Management preferred
Proficiency in shopper data and analytics
Need thorough understanding of IRI/Nielsen syndicated/panel data
Preferred experience with Kroger's OnDemand (Market 6) data , https://84.51 data and the KOMPASS process
Well versed in Microsoft suite of products such as Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
Comfortable and desiring to present at the Senior Executive Level
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Strong project management skills, ability to thrive in a matrix environment
