    Responsibilities

    Consumer Engagement Activation Analyst

    Main Purpose

    An integral part of your role will be working with clients to further their digital marketing through Marketing Cloud usage. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise clients in line with Marketing Cloud best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately build a vision for a multi-channel roadmap.

    Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    • Works in a client-facing role to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions

    • Establishes and evolves best practices for the development efforts within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

    • Designing and implementing SalesForce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email marketing, social media marketing, and mobile marketing

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics,

    • Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. (Nice to have) proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement.

    • Proactive attitude: End to end ownership of a project • Strong ability to handle multiple priorities, develop and deliver solutions and results independently • Solution mind-set

    • Project and team management: resolving incidents, and having direction so that there are no breakdowns in client relationships.

    • Ensure that the right service are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

    • Provide quantitative results, commercial understanding and strategic insights.

    • Lead meetings and workshops with customers to define define the customer project.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree:Merchandising, Business Administration

    • 1 to 2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud minimally including the following features: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Content Builder, Salesforce Connector, and Business Units.

    • Experience with marketing campaign design, implementation, and execution

    • Experience across other digital marketing channels: ads, SMS, mobile apps, web

    • Experience in algorithmic decisioning or interactive management

    • Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications

    • Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies

    • Experience delivering solutions within waterfall and agile methodologies

    • Strong communication skills, as well as experience working in a consulting or IT services environment

    • 100% fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal skills)
