Establish incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway; abstraction and generalization to preserve architectural flexibility
Ensure that common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable; and facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns
Develop physical architecture patterns to support large scale Data & Analytics solutions
Work closely with Operations team to size, scale and tune existing and new architecture
Compnesation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Big Data solutions, experienced Solutions Architect well versed in designing & modernizing large scale Data, Analytics & Ai solutions
5+ years of Data & Analytics solution architecture experience focused on new technology and tools
5+ years of MDM and data governance management experience (preferred)
10+ years of Azure technologies, extensive working knowledge of all aspects of Data Movement and Processing, including Middleware, ETL, API, OLAP and best practices for data tracking
Good Communication skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
