    Position summary

    Georgia and Azerbaijan and the specifics of the contractual relationship between the Company and the client

    • Lead the procedure for handling claims with Clients (collecting documents from Clients in accordance with established rules, submitting them for management's consideration, preparing Protocols, obtaining management's decision and informing the Client)
    • Ensure provision of reports on shipments, balances and Service Level

    Требования:

    • Higher education
    • 2+ years of experience preferably in FMCG field in customer service and logistics, planning or client management direction
    • Team leadership experience
    • MS Office proficiency, especially in Excel; knowledge of 1C will be an advantage
    • Fluency in Georgian and English languages
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong ethics and self-confidence
    • Agility and result-orientation
