-   Lead customer service team for Caucasus countries
-   Create a positive working environment and effective organization of tasks within the team, built in accordance with legislative, local acts and Company policies and procedures
-   Monitor the work of subordinates, their compliance with all policies, procedures and agreements with clients
-   Work on processing orders, preparing sales/returns documents and interacting with customers
-   Ensure and monitor processing of orders and distribution of products in accordance with the working conditions agreed with clients, priorities, policies and procedures of the company, processing of documents for sales and returns
-   Ensure the formation of all necessary accompanying documents for shipments and execution of primary accounting documentation in accordance with the Company's Accounting Policy, regulatory documents of Georgia and Azerbaijan and the specifics of the contractual relationship between the Company and the client
-   Lead the procedure for handling claims with Clients (collecting documents from Clients in accordance with established rules, submitting them for management's consideration, preparing Protocols, obtaining management's decision and informing the Client)
-   ﻿Ensure provision of reports on shipments, balances and Service Level

-   Higher education
-   2+ years of experience preferably in FMCG field in customer service and logistics, planning or client management direction
-   ﻿Team leadership experience
-   MS Office proficiency, especially in Excel; knowledge of 1C will be an advantage
-   Fluency in Georgian and English languages
-   Strong analytical skills
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills
-   Strong ethics and self-confidence

Fertility Solutions Program: eligible members can participate in the Reproductive Resource Services Program (RRSP) designed to help members understand fertility treatment options, follow the best treatment process, and maximize their benefits. There is a combined (medical and prescription drug claims) lifetime maximum of $35,000.

There are numerous PepsiCo locations with designated facilities for nursing mothers, called Mothers Rooms. &nbsp;Each location is slightly different in terms of access to the rooms and the equipment available.

In-home back-up eldercare is available for up to 15 days per year per employee.
