    Responsibilities PepsiCo Design & Innovation is a creatively driven team that leverages the power of Design Thinking to solve brand and business problems that drive meaningful value and growth. Our Opportunity! As part of the PepsiCo Design team, you will partner closely with functional design experts as well as the business to develop brand design strategies across a spectrum of capabilities including product architecture, innovation pipelines, visual identity systems, design guidelines, packaging design, and digital design experiences. The 3D conceptual digital designer will engage with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive brand graphic design and 3D visualization projects from ideation and strategy to execution. The main objective of this role is to guide brand design, help craft the brand design strategy, prototype, and execute major design projects across the portfolio. Ideal candidates take their craft seriously, but also enjoy designing quick hits for laughs and likes. Creating high quality brand and digital design and solutions in a rapid paced, high-output environment Develop 3D, motion graphics and animations to support innovation team content creation, prototyping, and visualizations and creation of graphic toolkits. Technically solid, able to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of media working seamlessly between 2D and 3D workspaces and programs Work collaboratively with client groups and key stakeholders to leverage and share best practices and manage project timelines and deliverables Design in alignment to evolving brand needs with emphasis on brand consistency + meet business objectives Keep up with tech/innovation trends to inspire and elevate creative output within team Ideate and construct ideas within a team-based design environment Communicates regularly. Manages own timelines, milestones and internal deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location. For specific information, please discuss role requirements with the recruiter#LI-USA Qualifications BA or MA, 3-5 Years of experience in-house or agency in brand design, advertisement or content creation. Background in graphic design with a focus on 3D Visualizations and programs + understanding of branding + motion preferred Strong portfolio of Illustration, 2D and 3D design work showcasing both print and digital projects Social media-minded curator Digital interest or experience Great sketching (digital and/or hand sketching) skills and idea development techniques to create and communicate concepts Direction – Researching complex subjects, developing treatments, keeping each project on time and within budget Foundational photography skills including lighting, composition, and retouching; ability to articulate ideas conceptually Technically solid, expert at Adobe Creative Suite programs and 3D software Team player, avid collaborator passionate for creativity and innovation Excellent written and communication skills#LI-USA EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
