Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
The main purpose of this role is for development and operational support within the Americas (US) Digital Imaging space, with focus on OpenText. The role includes coding/development changes to deliver break/fixes (Incidents), service requests and Change requests in support of the digital imaging space, through ServiceNow.
Main activities:
• ABAP code development to address incidents, service requests and change request for Digital imaging, with focus on OpenText.
• Configuration changes to address incidents, service requests and change request for Digital imaging, with focus on OpenText.
• Communication with Stakeholders on status of deliverables.
• Communication with Manager on status of deliverables.
• Opening of OSS messages with OpenText/SAP product teams.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
2+ years of SAP knowledge.
3-5 years of experience in ABAP development.
Experience in OpenText VIM/ABBYY development (digital imaging experience) is a plus.
2+ years of experience in operational support.
2+ years of SAP knowledge.
Strong communication skills.
