Responsibilities

The Early Management Leader is responsible for providing support to a designated plant team to facilitate smooth transition of location through the addition of 10 production lines, processing equipment, as well as warehouse automation in the new state-of-the-art facility, High Point. The role will be a liaison between the project, OEM, and plant teams. The High Point lines are expected to drive significant strategic supply to the division by adding capacity of 40+MM cases in a multiple array of innovation equipped with the latest technology and equipment. The chosen candidate will partner with the Manufacturing team to help to identify opportunities for improvement in areas listed below but not totally limited to:

  • Ensure new working areas meet safety standards and work closely with Safety element leaders to make corrections prior to qualification of equipment

  • Partner with Quality to provide all equipment specifications to consider all Food Safety impacts to Food Safety plan

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate PEP+ sustainability into all aspects of the business

  • Ensure the defined project goals, objectives and scope is adhered

  • Help prepare implementation strategy, project schedule and sequence of events at site through Early Management and Change Management process to drive frontline engagement to the site

  • Collaborate with EHS leadership to ensure the safety of employees and appropriate management of contractors

  • Work together with department managers to ensure project addresses sites recommendations and concerns

  • Work with Project Team/Consultation Firm to define site requirements and project stages

  • Validate design meets project criteria for every stage of the process

  • Collaborate with department managers to mitigate changes to workflow during construction to mitigate disruptions to the business

  • Coordinate with Global Procurement and transport for raw material process and availability

  • Close partnership with Supply Planning to set up SKU hierarchy in NIS for raw materials and full goods

  • Partner with Warehouse team for PGT process for new products

  • Partner with Organizational Coach on commissioning, qualification and verification (CQV) efforts

  • Achieve CQV with close collaboration of all impacted departments

  • Track & resolve all crucial open issues

  • Partner with plant team to ensure all expectations are satisfied and overall line performance is optimized

  • Document Lesson's learned, create work instructions, OPLs etc.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000- $135,600 based on a full-time schedule

  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out Annually.

  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and aligning with legal regulations

  • Bachelor's Degree with preference for Engineering discipline

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in bottling operations supervision or manufacturing support role such as TPM

  • Strong project management, process orientation, and influencing/conflict management skills

  • Must be a results-oriented "change agent" who can understand different points of view and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution

  • Strong influence skills

  • Solid people management experience and demonstrated success in building/leading a team

  • Strong data analysis and analytical skill

  • Prior experience in the consumer packaged goods industry preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications

  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

  • Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making

  • Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future.

  • Have a valid driver's license and access to an automobile to drive to various sales locations for duration of time in role.

  • Pass a drug screen and background investigation, including a Motor Vehicle Report (clean driving record for the past 3 years)

  • Minimal travel required

  • Be 21 years of age or older
