    Position summary

    Overview

    Responsible for the execution of site project electrical works. Install and commission all electrical equipment and services.

    Responsibilities

    • The required candidate would be responsible for the project activities on electrical scope of work.

    • Develop BOQ for E&I services & material, obtain and compare quotations, carry out technical and commercial comparison of quotes.

    • Contractor onboarding through comprehensive analysis of technical strengths and weaknesses.

    • Well versed with E&I equipment such as but not limited to transformers, HT switchgear, LT switchgear, motors, cable and cable trays, process instrumentation, PLC's, firefighting equipment, sensors, alarms and control circuitry

    • Project EHS compliance, procedures, standards, E&I safety standards, regulatory requirements

    • Contractor handling, job execution, manage work quality, schedule compliance.

    • E&I project work integration with other project work streams of Civil, Mech and Operations.

    • Well versed with project costing, project scheduling, project reporting

    • Development of project legal contracting document in coordination with legal & GP

    • Market knowledge of vendor, suppliers on material and services

    • Exposure of working with foreign vendors

    • Equipment install, commissioning startup and final sign off end to end cycle

    • Experience and exposure E&I maintenance shall be considered as an added advantage details as follows trouble-shooting of electrical & instrumentation equipments, including, L.T & H.T switchgear, Field panels, motors, Pneumatics (SOV, Cylinders, actuators, valves, control valves), Heaters, temp sensing devices, VFD's, Optical sorter system, Allen Bradley PLC, Siemens PLC, Safety PLC, Mod bus, device net, Ethernet networks, HMI, processor base electronic boards, metal detectors, SCADA and Process instruments.

    • The candidate should be fully versed & knowledgeable about equipment PM, predictive & preventive maintenance & must be computer literate with good writing skills.

    • He will be responsible for review & maintain the critical parts inventory of basis equipment operations.

    • Equipment Reliability program, Condition monitoring, procedures, methodology implementation in factory operations.

    • Employee is also expected to perform other accountabilities, time to time assigned by the manager.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
    • 5+year experience in E&I projects and maintenance
    • Multinational exposure in Food and Bev is preferred
    • Sound knowledge on E&I equipment.
    • Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment.
    • Good team player, knowledge sharing
    • Safety, food safety, Kaizen, Productivity.
    • Multi-skilling and multi-tasking, good communication skills.
