Position summary

Overview

Plant maintenance system; Develop and sustain good engineering practices in the plant; CAPEX and project management.

Responsibilities

https://1.Establish Plant maintenance/Preventive maintenance system;

https://2.Flawlessly implement an effective plant maintenance system to ensure plant machinery in good working condition at all times, minimal downtime and optimal machinery running costs;

https://3.Continuously to explore the new tech/machinery to improve line/labor efficiency;

https://4.Manage engineering maintenance cost;

https://5.Develop and sustain good engineering practices in the plant;

https://6.Statutory compliance-WWT effluents;

https://7.Design and lead a plant safety in good and health condition;

https://8.Provide uninterrupted utilities to the plant;

https://9.Decrease E&M cost by spare parts localization and optimistically using;

https://10.Standardize operating procedures;

https://11.CAPEX and project management;

https://12.Support HQ engineer team on big project implementation;

https://13.Planning and implementation within plan of annual CAPEX;

https://14.Functional strategic plan and KPI targets;

https://15.Build a solid engineering team to support production and quality management.

Qualifications

https://1.Bachelor degree, major in engineering related field;

https://2.At least 3-5 years of good engineering department leadership experience and training skill in an FMCG/good industry;

https://3.Experience of handling automated(PLC)machines;

https://4.Experience of safety management in plant;

https://5.Project implementation experience;

https://6.Business English language capability excellent;

https://7.Excellent in office software including project.
