    Job Overview:

    As a Europe Channel Analyst your role will be to follow org changes in Sector team as business moves from a Global to Local model and is required in order to manage and lead the key QSR account McDonalds across European markets and lead Perfect Store reporting for Europe.

    Responsibilities

    • Main purpose is to

    • manage the client account across European Markets taking the lead on customer engagement, deploying the growth strategy and ensuring consistency and quality of customer supply

    • lead standardized Perfect Store reporting across Europe Markets with reporting of harmonized execution KPIs and value realization

    • Working in the international matrix and leading with the customer day to day is the main characteristic of the role, which requires great communication and soft skills, capability to adjust communications to recipient

    • Role requires strong customer management capabilities, commercial acumen and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize growth initiatives

    • A fundamental part of the role will be working with our partners in Global, PLI and Supply Chain to ensure we service the customer efficiently and effectively by managing various data sets, documents and analyses that will contribute to ongoing delivery of key customer AOPs

    • Setting the agenda for deployment of key projects across markets

    • Europe Commercial Account Management, Customer Supply & Service, Perfect Store Reporting

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of working experience in multi-national F&B organizations, working mainly in sales, commercial and marketing functions
    • Experience of customer management
    • Collaboration and communication skills and ability to adapt communication styles to get what is required
    • Very Good level of written & spoken English
    • Proficiency in MS Office package (focus Excel, Power Point)
    • Strong analytical skills and drive for results
    • Agile, able to push things forward
    • High level of organizational savvy and communication skills to influence without authority
    • Ability to influence without authority and utilize cross functional resources
