    Position summary

    Overview

    Broadband Role: depending on candidate competency

    ***Applicant must reside within the Southern California Area ***

    The SoCal In-Market Ops Facility Manager position will be responsible for developing, implementing, & leading FLNA food safety initiatives within the region, with specific accountability for executing Bin/PEC projects and supporting DC projects within the agenda

    The SoCal In-Market Ops Facility Manager position will be responsible for collaborating with HQ on the execution of the region Bin/PEC facility lease transaction strategy

    The In-Market Ops Facility Manager position will be responsible for developing, implementing, & leading the region 5 yr Bin/PEC facilities strategy incorporating GES, GTM, capacity, and facility improvement plans to include food safety, personal safety, lease management and CAPEX

    The In-Market Ops Facility Manager position will be responsible for partnering with region Sales & Transportation partners by providing functional expertise with regards to Supply Chain operations and capabilities

    50-75% Travel

    Responsibilities

    • Region Food Safety Point w/ specific accountability for Bin/PEC food safety

    • Regulatory, AIB, Pest Control

    • Region Facility Lease Mgmt & Region Action Plan (RAP) Strategy

    • Bin/PEC Facility Property Management

    • R&M, Upgrades/CAPEX, Top 5 List

    • Divloc/Financial Ownership for Facility Costs

    • Support GES Facility Conversions

    • Sales/Traffic Partnership for Bin/PEC Network

    • Visit Facilities 1x/year (minimum)

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $67,200 - $ 112,450 based on a full-time schedule

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience developing methods, procedures, standard operating principles using appropriate software applications

    • Demonstrated experience in classroom facilitation and application of training

    • Experience developing training materials for a mixture of salaried and hourly audiences

    • Prior experience working with a diverse and dynamic audience and demonstrated effectiveness in delivering training using multiple methodologies, applications and adult learning styles

    • Ability to proactively predict change, lead through change and adjust to consistent change

    • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience

    • Bachelor's degree required
