    Position summary

    ith relevant budget holders, Reporting manager and Fin controllers

    • within Caucasus region.
    • Be responsible for the development of productivity projects of all functions as a partner from finance
    • department . Lead the process of projects' confirmation and tracking in accordance with approved policies;
    • Facilitate all efficiency projects, track and support preparation and execution process in relevance with
    • business ,across Geographical and category dimension ( Channel PL, Category PL , etc.) Communicate it
    • with functions, to support business condition awareness and decision making process.
    • Provide meaningful financial insights on underlying business performance of PepsiCo Caucasus management
    • that leads to understanding of the state of the business as well as ongoing financial advice.
    • Support Management Team in interpretation of financial results and solving business dilemmas in order to
    • facilitate prompt and effective decision making.
    • Arrange rolling FCST process: manage relevant info-flow with functions for each country, ensure updated
    • information is received and reflected in Forecast, to support process transparency during PL confirmation and
    • prompt business decision making; Ensure Rolling Forecast with business relevance.
    • Arrange and lead performance efficiency analysis by ACT vs. Plan comparison in total and on functional
    • OPEX level, to ensure information transparency for effective management decisions;
    • Execute Cash flow report with proper analysis to support working capital efficiency, tracking main
    • KPI s ( DSO, DPO, DII) ; develop analysis reports helping understand major variances vs. planned KPIs to
    • support effective management decision making;
    • Manage local manufacturing Cost of goods (Raw materials & Manufacturing Overhead) Cause of change
    • analysis (Plan vs. Actual); Build and develop reports on Cost if good sold analyses in order to have
    • transparency in calculations for each product cost and provide business information about Cost of good
    • opportunities;
    • Lead the process of Cause of change preparation for Period business review ( PBR) and Internal Business reviews ;
    • Supervise the tracking process of investments (A&M, Trade marketing & Equipment) in relevance with business;
    • Prepare financial calculations for all significant capital expenditure requests to support the decision making process on these projects;
    • Provide clear communication of business planning process across all involved groups;
    • Ensure that planning pack and reports provided are understood by all functions;

    Требования:

    • Higher professional Education - obligatory, Finance Qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA) - desirable
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to drive/influence management behavior/agenda as well as accurate reporting results
    • 3-5 Years working experience in Finance, planning experience.
    • Required professional skills: High level of technical skills in Excel
    • Fluency in English
