    Position summary

    rive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals

    -   Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts
    
    -   Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
    
    -   Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management and contract compliance
    
    -   Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
    
    -   Work closely with the PBNA location's selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
    
    -   Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines
    
    -   Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can -revenue growth.
    

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000.

    • Location confirmed job-related skills, and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of your annual base salary (a cumulative 10% paid on a quarterly basis and 5% paid annually)

    • Company vehicle eligible role

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience

    • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

    • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience

    • Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills

    • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    • Critical Experiences Preferred: Functional - Sales; Developing Others - People Leadership
