rive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
- Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts
- Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management and contract compliance
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Work closely with the PBNA location's selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can -revenue growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000.
Location confirmed job-related skills, and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of your annual base salary (a cumulative 10% paid on a quarterly basis and 5% paid annually)

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience
Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Power point skills
Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Critical Experiences Preferred: Functional - Sales; Developing Others - People Leadership
