Salary: £27,673 per annum plus 23 days annual leave Working Hours: 12 hour continental shifts, based on a 4 on/ 4 off pattern across nights and days including weekends and bank holidays. Apprenticeship: Level 2 Diploma Food & Drink Operations PepsiCo’s factory in Coventry is one our biggest snack manufacturing sites in the UK, producing a number of well-known brands including Doritos, SunBites, Squares, French Fries, Wotsits and Monster Munch. As a successful apprentice, you will be provided with unparalleled support throughout the duration of your programme. You will develop the skills you’ll need to progress within the world of food operation working alongside your colleagues and getting hands on experience. You'll be providing proactive support to ensure our production line is producing the nations favourite crisps. You’ll work with our equipment Engineers, Food Safety and Quality experts to ensure our production line is operating efficiently and at capacity. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the equipment is clean, running safely, and with the support of our technological systems and compliance checks you’ll ensure our crisp quality is high. You’ll also support the team in seasonings changes to ensure we’re producing the right quantities of our consumers favourite flavours! About you To be successful in this role you will need to be organised, able to plan and prioritise and be a real problem solver! So as well as excellent IT skills you’ll be willing to learn how to operate new equipment and machinery. You will be a pro-active, well-organised individual with a methodical approach to problem solving along with a target driven mindset. Your ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbally) as well as being a committed team player is vital to work with your colleagues. Why PepsiCo?
