    Responsibilities

    • Establish and execute the import / export operations to the Gulf countries

    • Set and drive the co-manufacturing strategy in the Middle East BU identifying new co-mans / supply sources serving the markets

    • Main interface between the business and the supply sources (manufdacturing facilities and contract manufacturers)

    • Owns the relationship, performance Management and strategy deployment at for the contract manufacturers including PEP+ Agenda

    • Partner with the commercial team in managing the in-markets distributors

    • Manage the relationship with FLNA and Europe teams

    • Manages the 3PL logistics providers

    • Owns and delivers the productivity agenda YoY across the value chain for the Gulf countries

    • Tracks and controls the COGS of Quaker and the S&D cost of the other businesses

    • Owns the E2E OTC process for Quaker business

    • Lead the execution of the innovation calendar including the qualification and onboarding of new contract manufacturers

    • Lead the S&OP monthly connect across the value chain

    • Owns the AOP and SC budget management to ensure efficient cost to servce

    • Lead the SC team virtually and on ground using new ways of working

    Qualifications

    • University graduate with a degree in Engineering
    • Experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment, with 10+ years of experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Analytical, problem solving skills and capable of making quick and balanced decisions depending on urgency
    • Capable of working effectively in a cross functional environment
    • Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks
    • High strategic skills and have agile mindset
    • Results orientated and committed to achieving objectives
    • Fluent in English is a must
