    Supervise the overall functions of the Warehouse and ensure Sales are served in line with company

    Responsibilities

    1. Management of In market activations across Gulf :

    • Manage 12 months country specific activation calendar of launches and activations from marketing readiness into market execution and POSM readiness

    • Leading the implementation and execution of the marketing calendar by country including new launches, country specific activations, ownerships, quotations, agency management, activity sheets on the system etc.

    • Develop, plan, and execute a promotional strategy to maximize sales and brand exposure. Design and develop promos and materials in collaboration with creative agencies.

    • Lead in market presence during activations for monitoring and support and ensuring POSM deployment

    • Enhancing sales team in meeting S&D objectives of new initiatives through communicating all relevant product information, merchandising and tracking tools through sales rally meetings and other tools

    • Lead Post Activity Review for every campaign in Snacks Operating Council Forums.

    • Main point of contact between BU marketing and distributor for any activation requirements

    • Manage the relationship of the country specific agencies and coordinate the work with marketing team including PO issuance, payments , etc.

    • Lead the Racks tracking and deployment by store type/ channel

    • Drive value-saving initiatives on activations/campaigns/co-packing process

    • Custodian of Leaflet Tracking Tool & Dunnhumphy portal & lead insights into action

    2. Manage new launches

    • Align with distributors on marketing campaign requirements

    • Align with marketing on required material and get required delivered to end market

    • Lead Sales Rally on every innovation launch with the cross functional team.

    • Ensure listing of new product is done prior to launch including barcode registration

    • Ensure samples are sent prior to listing

    3. Owing the planograms development and execution guidelines by country

    4. Tracking of competition activity and highlight new launches, campaigns and activities

    5. Consolidating of reports including shipment , IMS and shares, Modern trade , etc..

    6. Support in managing trade spend by country / account

    7. Retail audit progress and analysis / insights

    Quaker

    • lead coordination between Sales, Marketing, BU Inisghts team to create, develop & execute the Marketing calendar by channel from activities and budget perspective

    • Lead e-commerce agenda for Quaker by amplifying brand presence/visibility, expansion opportunities, OOS issues, campaign details and assets by ensuring the action items/next steps per deliverable is actioned timely/efficiently

    • Create a department-wide marketing plan for in-store and online sales

    • Own the trade marketing part of the D&A and A&M in the CU

    • Own the execution of Catergoy strategy

    • Develop Trackers and share insights for in-store activations

    • Collecting and analysing all relevant information about competition, in-store activations, execution, etc

    • Processing of Activity Sheets for monthly initiatives, events etc....

    Qualifications

    • Understanding of use of insights/selling capability.
    • Strong results orientation.
    • Taking the initiative.
    • Strong verbal and written communication as well as facilitation skills
    • Organizational ability - managing a large workload.
    • Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
