HR Analytics and Reporting Manager

Main Purpose

This role will be responsible to provide HR Analytics and workforce planning support to PepsiCo in the areas including but not limited to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Org Effectiveness, Talent Management and Learning. This individual will closely partner with HR leadership team to develop long-term strategies for an effective and strategic people analytics capability for the team with the goal to enable data-driven decision making, and ensuring the use of people analytics delivers value to business.

Accountabilities

• Partner with internal HR operation stakeholders to create, sustain and evolve meaningful HR dashboards using available internal technology (Tableau, Power BI, Visier etc.)

• Own the methodology and governance around key HR processes such as global workforce planning, HR systems architecture, standard metrics definition etc.

• Lead the change management for global and local hub HR teams towards a common source of information for key HR KPIs and maintaining commitment towards data integrity in our HR systems

• Support HR leadership team with data insights to present progress against Key HR KPIs on all cross-functional & cross-divisional forums

• Identify & implement the process to capture an accurate picture of Headcount growth for the current year and end state that enables HR leadership team to create effective talent strategies

• Explore and implement better ways of working that eliminates inefficiencies in current HR processes (https://E.g. reduce manual excel reporting, streamline communication flow between functions & HR teams for workforce planning efforts, standardize local hub Hr reporting by combining insights from various HR systems etc.)

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of past relevant experience in reporting, analytics, transforming data into insights.

• Bachelor's Degree is required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and influence others including cross-functional & leadership teams

• Proficient with Microsoft office suite, intermediate to advanced excel proficiency is a must

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Advanced english

• PowerBI or any BI tool works.
