    Overview

    Job Title: Identity & Access Management Senior Manager

    Responsibilities

    Duties: Technical leader for Identity Management, Access Request, provisioning/deprovisioning and recertification solutions. Manage identity, access provisioning team globally in North America, Europe, and Africa/Middle East/South Asia locations. Manage delivery for Identity and Recertification engineering, operations and services, Access Request forms/workflows and provisioning / de-provisioning of user access including recertification . Manage level 2/3 operations for identity management, access provisioning, access recertification and partnering across Identity & Access Management (IAM) team driving incident resolution, troubleshooting and issue resolution across areas. Gather requirements and guide/recommend the right integration pattern for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in PepsiCo. Drive automation and proactive monitoring across identity and recertification processes and products. Drive technical integrations across IAM and ensure the right solution is implemented in enabling the business partnering across appropriate architects and leads. Interaction with application teams to gather requirements, design and deliver solution to integrate with PepsiCo IAM products. Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for associated projects. Create and maintain documentation for appropriate IAM related processes and metrics reporting. Advocate secure computing practices and procedures and communicate Information Security best practices throughout the company. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly identifying the best option in a emergency situation. Ability to work with different teams and interact with technical and business folks across the Enterprise. Manage reporting across IAM areas. Work with operations, networking, and database teams to triage and resolve production issue related to Identity and Access Management technologies. Deliver large scale Identity Management and access recertification solutions using Scale Agile framework. Build, enhance and maintain the master regression suite of test cases to perform internal and external User Acceptance testing to ensure the quality and health of the system.

    Qualifications

    Position requires a Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related field and eight (8) years of overall IT experience in the job offered or related role. Prior experience must include: eight (8) years of experience in managing large scale security projects in the Identity and Access Management space through the life cycle of the project; developing and customizing software solutions with Identity & Access Management suite of products including Identity Management; LDAP directories, Database queries and XML; and coding, design patterns and code review; six (6) years of experience with programming and developing web components using Java, XML, JSP, Webservice and Restful technologies; five (5) years of experience in developing and customizing software solutions with Identity Governance, Provisioning server, Directory Server and Workpoint; and three (3) years of experience with Git, Azure pipelines and CI/CD based deployment process for managing the architecture components and delivering them in an automated way.
