We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Cyber Security Team as an Incident Response Handler.
Reporting to the Senior Incident Response Manager, this role works as part of our Global Cyber Security team across Europe, Australia, and North America. Working hours for this role is between 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities
About the Role:
Identify, respond, and mitigate sophisticated threats to PepsiCo computer networks and conduct Incident Response (IR) activities to investigate potential intrusions for immediate, short-term rapid resolution
Work closely with internal clients, management, and fellow Incident Response teammates both locally and globally to provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive information throughout any incident, problem, or change management activities
Proactively monitor diverse global PepsiCo environments using specialised security applications
Routinely collaborate with Cyber Security teams to develop and update IR playbooks to ensure activities align with best practice to continually drive the IR function's growth
Participation in after hours on-call rotation when required
Write and present detailed technical reports related to digital investigations
Qualifications
About You:
4+ years of hands-on work experience in Info Sec, especially in Information Operations / IR (troubleshooting, digital forensic analysis, malware analysis, incident resolution, service requests, data correlation, security monitoring, ITIL-based incident ticketing systems, etc)
Working knowledge of at least 3 of the following security tools: host-based antivirus, anti-spam gateway solutions, firewalls, IDS/IPS, server and network device hardening, data loss prevention, forensics software, vulnerability management, application security
University degree in IT or related discipline (GIAC, OSCP, CompTIA, etc certifications also highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A great ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach and image
Decision-making capabilities, with an ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one
