We are currently looking for a Insights Business Analytics Specialist PO1 (both Snacks and Beverages) to join the PepsiCo Romania Team

As Insights Business Analytics Specialist you will be responsible of establishing a system to monitor the business performance, depict insights and offer support to Business Partner team on actions. Yu will support the Analytics team with insights and help the marketing team to develop brand strategies.

One of the main focus will be to offer valuable insights based on consumer, category and sales, that will enable the decision making process in future strategies and executions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan the business analytics agenda in the organization and build solid consumer understanding and foundations, by emphasizing on market and consumer insights and leveraging them into strategical recommendations.

  • Drive continuous evaluation of retail trends to identify growth opportunities and build PepsiCo Romania competitive advantage.

  • Support the Category Insights Team with design of on-going and ad-hoc consumer insights research projects with regards to specific objectives focusing on brand.

  • Ensure that generated consumer outcomes influence and drives equity and Consumer Marketing agenda.

  • Provide New Product Development performance understanding in trade from consumer/execution perspective and offer recommendations on optimization (distribution gaps, Price & Promo analytics, ASPOH)

  • Drives Business Analytics across the different departments, acting like a liaison for cross-functional cooperation and communication between all commercial departments, ensure common business performance understanding and focus against aligned business analytics objectives.

  • Manage resources effectively to deliver strong business results, lead contract negotiations and maintain winning relationships with Research Institutes to ensure Company's interests are in place at the most beneficial level.

  • Manage the budget in order to ensure that financial resources are allocated and spent accordingly.

  • Participate in MU projects and lead the Integrated Sales & Operation Planning Agenda, offering support in improving forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

Experience Required

  • University degree, preferred in Marketing/ Economics;

  • At least 5 years Market Research experience in a leading FMCG company or in Agency experience;

  • Good understanding and experience with research methodologies and techniques;

  • Understanding of analytical tools and statistics;

  • Advanced user of MS Office - (PowerPoint, Excel) / SPSS and BI tools (Microsoft Power BI);

  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.
