    Position summary

    Overview

    The IT Systems Manager position will support the PFNA Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) function for Systems Management, Compliance, and Metrics. This is an essential business-critical role that provides capabilities to the EHS field organization and EHS Systems team.

    Responsibilities

    Key Accountabilities

    Digitization Strategy Development and Execution

    • Develop and execute a systems strategy to digitize and modernize EHS existing platform that supports PFNA Make, Move, and Sell operations.

    • Manage and support system project enhancements.

    • Develop relationships with key business partners to support strategy.

    • Identify resourcing needs based on EHS modernization workstreams.

    • Partner with Global Business Solutions (GBS) on developing innovative ways of working

    Data Management:

    • Demonstrates exemplarity customer service to provide timely reports and systems execution.

    • Manage system databases and vendor relationship as it relates to EHS systems including Incident Management and Global Reporting Tools.

    • Collaborate with PepsiCo business partners to maintain data systems hierarchy.

    • Develop, manage, and execute field training when system enhancements are made.

    • Ownership of all program updates with external and internal vendors as changes and upgrades occur.

    • Identify key issues and escalation concerns that occur and develop solutions to address these issues.

    • Develop period PFNA EHS Scorecards for all EHS metrics including leading and lagging indicators.

    IT Collaboration:

    • Engage and partner with IT to manage and collaborate on IT projects.

    • Coordinate with IT on data feed development and integrity.

    • Collaborate with PepsiCo business functions to ensure alignment with organization.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $91,100 - $ 152,450

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out Annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science

    • 5-8 years' experience in EHS Systems and Data Management

    • 10% Travel

    • Advanced SQL (SQL Server) and relational database skills

    • Intermediate knowledge of Informatica or other ETL software

    • Intermediate experience with visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc)

    • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including writing macros, pivot tables, ODBC data connections)

    • Advanced expertise in MS Suite applications (PowerPoint, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

    • Previous Experience with Systems Implementation Projects (i.e. Enterprise EHSMIS Implementation) (REQUIRED, not preferred)

    • Project management skills (preferred PMP Certificate)

    • Familiarity with SAP Business Objects Reporting and MicroStrategy

    Essential Skills

    • Data-driven and strong analytical skills

    • Strong SQL troubleshooting skills

    • Must be able to work with little to no supervision and be extremely proactive

    • Prior knowledge or willingness to learn about EHS and its key metrics

    • Leadership skills and ability to work well with other strong personalities

    • Exhibits a strong "can-do", "will-do" attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines. Must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, self-motivated and able to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively

    • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication, written and listening skills

    • Ability to document processes and data flows

    • Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills

    • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
