Now we are looking for this position:
Logistic Scheduling Analyst
Main Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide tactical operations support involving order entry, issue resolution, and scheduling support. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps. This role is our frontline response unit to set appointments to honor our stringent customer demands. Appointments will be scheduled for pickup at shippers, delivery to consignees, with scheduling requirements varing by customer.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Set customer appointments for account management team
Timely order entry and a sense of urgency regarding issue resolution
Understanding of optimal scheduling and transit times to ensure realistic and desirable pickup and delivery appointment dates and times
Compliance to defined customer scheduling and EDI processes
Proactive shipment scheduling and customer alerts for known anticipated service gaps
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree is required
Minimum 6 months of Operations, transportation, or logistics experience.
English Fluency both written and verbal required
Utilize technical/functional knowledge that creates opportunities and solves business problems
Proficiency in using PC-based applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and alternate meeting technology
Ability to identify business issues and escalate them in a timely fashion
Self-starter with attention to detail
Solid verbal and written communication skills
