Build strategic direction for Beverages Category in Uzbekistan (Category, Portfolio, growth / profitability triggers);
Develop long-term joint business plans (including Brand, Innovation, Portfolio management, PPA, Design, Activations, Campaigns, Promo & pricing) in collaboration with the bottling partner.
Define an annual calendar for the Beverages; lead Marketing initiatives
Develop Category Brands communication strategy, implement it (including creative development, digital strategy, media strategy, total connection planning, PR)
Develop and drive Innovation Agenda
Develop and monitor Annual Commercial Operating plan in terms of annual targets (Volume, Value, Market Share), tracking its execution, develop commercial actions to achieve or close gaps
Manage Advertising and Marketing budget (A&M) driving its efficiency
Collaborate with PepsiCo internal team and the bottler's Marketing and Commercial teams to achieve the above objectives.
Manage and develop direct reports.
Ideally you have the following:
Marketing experience 7+ years incl. 2+ years of Sr roles
Fluent Russian and English languages.
Experience in Beverages is a plus
Brand, category management, product and brand development, ATL and BTL activities planning and execution
Strong business acumen and commercial understanding, savviness in net rev management and PnL
Strong leadership and influencing skills, ability to navigate and influence within diverse matrix structures
A high level of self-motivation, initiative, and leadership, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
People, marketing and cross functional team management skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
