    Position summary

    Overview

    Drive Cheetos and Bugles business growth through consumer-centric and data-driven marketing activities with strong connectivity to sales;

    Develop innovation road map and launch relevant innovations;

    Lead total EP platform geography expansion project to drive distribution and penetration in targeted markets.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with sales team to generate business insights to formulate growth strategy, as well as to manage brand activation on a day-to-day basis

    • Lead cross functional team members to develop consumer centric innovations and deliver new product launch

    • Lead development and implementation of insightful and data-driven marketing campaigns to build brand penetration, brand equity and drive sales

    • Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver relevant creative content and efficient media plan

    • Closely work with insight and sales team to develop EP go-to-market strategy and execution plan

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or above
    • 7 years or above of brand marketing working experience, preferably in FMCG industry
    • Strong marketing fundamentals and capability to independently lead innovation and communication
    • (Preferred) Solid experiences in developing brand go-to-market strategy and execution
    • Good leadership to drive efficient collaboration with cross functional teams and external agency partners
    • Creative excellence and digital engagement experience
    • Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills
    • Passionate, self-motivated, and resilient with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
    • A great team player and coach
