Drive Cheetos and Bugles business growth through consumer-centric and data-driven marketing activities with strong connectivity to sales;
Develop innovation road map and launch relevant innovations;
Lead total EP platform geography expansion project to drive distribution and penetration in targeted markets.
Partner with sales team to generate business insights to formulate growth strategy, as well as to manage brand activation on a day-to-day basis
Lead cross functional team members to develop consumer centric innovations and deliver new product launch
Lead development and implementation of insightful and data-driven marketing campaigns to build brand penetration, brand equity and drive sales
Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver relevant creative content and efficient media plan
