Overview
Lead Quaker social team in social marketing plan management including build, test, and deployment cycles for digital content delivery:
Design social platform role for Nutrition across different media platforms
Co-work with category marketing team to define social content directions related to TA insight
Translate category team's information in social TA centric way to increase awareness in social platforms
Lead owned media, eg. private domain, building deep consumer communication
Lead brand ambassador/KOL building initiative supporting content marketing transformation
Track content performance and continuously optimize with fast iteration. Lead build, test, and deployment cycles for digital content delivery.
Pilot consumer timeline value in private domain and direct convert to sales
Quaker CSR program leader with leading CSR campaigns
Lead content marketing capability development for the organization
Responsibilities
Lead Quaker brand official accounts management to communicate with current fans (from Redbook, sina, WeChat focus to TikTok focus)
Lead Quaker private domain for deep communication, lifetime value test and direct sales conversion pilot
Lead Quaker KOL/KOC program to build cost effective model for seeding
Co-work with category to explore performance marketing in TikTok, with KOL/ official account, live streaming etc.
Lead CSR campaign for Quaker to build brand love and responsibility image
Lead team capability in social and digital
Key KPI will be:
Cost saving from private domain, official account & KOL program
TikTok successful model identification
CSR program awareness
Lifetime value from private domain
ROI>0.2 from private domain for sales
