Position summary


The purpose of the role is to:

  • Lead the sub stream of Beverage category to drive campaign execution to ensure seamless collaboration with agency to support RemainCo

  • Manages projects from inception to delivery creating detailed schedules, providing timely and clear status updates to management

  • In charge of ChBS M&I Media Bev teamwork scope and ability development, define the SOP and keep optimization.

  • In charge of innovation initiatives of media performance improvement for wider business impact

  • Working with ChBS internal teams to deliver succes


Functional Responsibilities

  • Familiar with China traditional media & digital media trends. With experiences of tailor-made media strategy to drive brand relevance and relevance

  • Collaborate with media team to create competitive traditional media/digital strategy to drive the brand engagement with target audience, scope including but not limited to annual campaign planning, spot plan governance, multiscreen campaign strategy

  • Serve as the organization's media liaison and play a critical role as communication coordinator between internal stakeholders as well as external agency for an efficient operation workflow

  • Guide the team to perform campaign execution incl. planning, tracking, optimization, post campaign management.

  • Team management to motivate the team toward success

  • Act as the subject matter expert on the end-to-end marketing execution process

  • Optimize work processes with each stakeholder to improve the productivity of the team

  • Adopt potential A&M capabilities into ChBS team

  • Coordinate innovative projects

People Responsibilities

  • As Senior media coach and support RemainCo media team in speed of execution and quality of service delivery, ensuring achievement of agreed SLAs

  • Manage ChBS Media Bev team's scope, workload, and performance

  • Develop strong working relationships with China Marketing Leaders to grow the GBS partnership and enhance ways of working and team capability development


  • Expert in media strategy and operation management with 2C industry experience such as FMCG, E-commerce, 3C, 4A media agency etc
  • Manager integrated media cases across online and offline, with budget over 300 million RMB per year
  • Ability to work with internal clients to influence, facilitate and achieve marketing strategy
  • Ensure control of projects dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies, and change
  • Communicate program details effectively up to and including Senior Executives
  • Strong problem-solving personalities with result driven initiatives
  • Literacy in both spoken & written English/Chinese is a must
  • Bachelor's degree above
  • 5-8 years' experience in media strategy and planning
  • Excellent project management and organizational alignment kills
  • Strong attention to detail
