Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to:
Serve as an expert within DMO with knowledge on in Materials/Supplier process and other specifics to the market such as: business, systems, language (if needed), etc.
Plays a key role in building & growing the DMO team in the responsible market as a market DMO MATERIALS/Supplier champion
This role is accountable to closely collaborate with the GBS DMO team to support E2E MDM process
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the MATERIALS process to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and optimize the MATERIALS/Supplier process cycle
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data throughout the MATERIALS/Supplier process, including material information, material details, etc.
Ensure that data management practices, processes, and controls are in place to facilitate smooth and accurate material management in the MATERIALS
Drive master data quality agenda through GBS execution and business engagement
Drive operational effectiveness through GBS capabilities
Increase master data culture through business and GBS training
Support GBS on specific issues related MATERIALS process.
Communicate with other DMO domain champions and business functions to drive the data management processes continuous improvement based on global/sector/local business needs
Support business projects from a DMO side (data analysis, data cleansing, data requirements identification, change management, etc.)
Work together with the other DMO sector teams to identify best practices and implement them to standardize and harmonize processes across the sector
Accountabilities:
Provide 2nd level escalation for master data management (MDM) exception and issue resolution
Perform E2E MDM maintenance process in SAP & legacy applications through strong communication and engagement with business and ensure high quality data per the defined templates rules/standards
Lead data cleansing activities according to business needs/PepsiCo governance standards
Interface with business as an expert in explaining and relating how data impacts their business function
Understand the priorities for the business and ensures that these are acted upon to meet or exceed the expectation of the business.
Interface with business units, process experts and IT resources to resolve master data issues
Take ownership of data tasks and prioritize work to deliver results within agreed upon project deadline
Assists in training business users on data governance policies, data forms and related tools
Provide assurance information on data quality to Internal & external audit
Supports DMO Lead and develop master data management (MDM) policies/methodology, role model, data quality standard and maintain governance processes improvement plans
Supports DMO Lead to structure market master data management (MDM) domain, data model and maintain master data glossary
Drives continuous master data management (MDM) improvement by managing processes, monitoring compliance/ security, data quality and key master data entities, conducting risk assessment
Initiates technical improvement on the change request for upgrade/change master data management (MDM) process flows
Proactively analyzes data to increase quality, completeness, consistency, integrity, timeliness, conformity and validity
Projects support from the master data management (MDM) side including data extracts, data cleansing, data enrichment, data analyses, data archiving
Ensure Data Governance in market through providing data standards and methodologies and closely collaborating with Global Data Governance team and peers in other markets
Analyzes KPIs, main metrics, SLAs, OLAs across the regions and provides guidance as needed to business and GBS
Main point of contact for GBS and business functions for all questions related to master data management
Supports and builds expertise in GBS DMO team and business through the process training, system training (SAP WF or other) to Material, Product domains
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
5+ years of master data management or related experience, especially in material/product, Materials and vendor data domain
Bachelor degree or equivalent international qualification
Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Companies preferred
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and other)
Ability to understand complex functional and IT requirements, and ability to identify and offer multiple solution options and recommend best solution
Extensive knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines, and processes: Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services (MS VSTS), MS 365 Dynamics, MS Power Platform (Apps, Automate, etc.), SAP, SAP WF
Good communication skills to communicate with Materials/Supplier, team members, vendors, and management
Ability to speak and write in English and fluency in arabic language
