The Global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) teamNext Generation Direct to Consumer (withing Strategy and Transformation) is a newly formed team designed to help PepsiCo realize its next phase of growth. DTC will define and build innovative ways to directly connect with consumers creating more smiles with every sip, bite, and click. The group's mission is to grow consumer lifetime value (CLV) across our portfolio through acquisition, retention, and engagement fueling PepsiCo's growth, 2B over 5 years. The DTC team will leverage external/industry knowledge and expertise and building partnerships across key teams withing the organization to create unique, advantaged platforms for PepsiCo.
Through direct consumer engagement, we will build 1:1 consumer relationship via differentiated consumer value exchange/value propositions through the deployment of a direct-to-consumer network enabled by direct-to-consumer digital products powered by an intelligent consumer data platform building the necessary capabilities and culture to evolve from product and costumer centricity to also becoming consumer centric.

Extend Consumer Lifetime Value (CLV)
The group will build new direct-to-consumer business as well as connect our existing D2C business through building common platforms for areas like capturing and enriching consumer data to expand consumer lifetime value by providing more comprehensive, valuable insights, and building necessary direct-to-consumer value chain components and tools.
The group will also become a central place for the D2C organization across the enterprise to connect and create an active community based on learning and knowledge sharing, generating new ideas (crowd sourcing), and improving existing efforts.
Responsibilities
This Hyrbid role can be based in our US hub locations: Plano, Purchase, or Chicago
Support Dr. Director in managing Phase 1 CAR resource model detail forecasting and actual performance tracking across multiple development teams (DPS, D&A, IT) with over +100 internal/external resources
Ideate with Sr. Director to develop a robust value realization roadmap for DTC across our lead markets that can be scaled to new markets as appropriate, incorporating new key metrics like CLV and ensuring integration within the sector business
Support Sr. Director with conducting financial modeling, consumer analytics and new business case model development as needed
Create detail AOP/JBP calendar and review progress of daily activities with Sr. Director
Partner closely with lead market Sector business teams and support Sr. Director Value Realization communication efforts
Work with Global and Sector teams to identify, formalize and capture DTC generated value from all sources, including KPI improvement and decision making.
Establish value tracking, building and maintaining KPI dashboards for DTC
Conduct root cause analysis of deviations to our business case and work with Sr. Director to develop mitigation plans.
Scout external companies and industries provide recommendations to Sr. Director of new ways to maximize value realization for DTC program
Qualifications

Execution - Bring the energy, enthusiasm and inspiration to motivate others to action and accomplish ambitious goals. Ability to influence across the business with no reporting line interaction. Drive for results and provide clarity where needed to make the complex simple for all audiences.
Agility - Excellent change management skills and strong communication skills to ensure that you can navigate a complex, ever changing business environment. Comfortable and able to perform under pressure and embrace change to drive transformation
Master's Degree/MBA preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related area
Seasoned leader with 8+ years with business finance or consulting experience with large, highly complex transformation initiatives
Strong financial acumen and ability to translate that into key messages for suitable audiences (making the complex simple)
Strong strategic mindset with sound business judgement and problem-solving capabilities
Previous demonstrable experience in major transformational initiatives as project manager, PMO, value realization lead or finance partner.
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience with Consumer Loyalty programs and/or Direct Commerce a plus
Differentiating Competencies
Demonstratable understanding of the connections between Consumer engagement and impact to Revenue, Profit and Share across the business
Strong ability to translate business case economics into actionable key metrics integrated within our business
Ability to resolve conflicting needs and views across the Sectors/Functions/BUs
