Responsibilities
Primary work location: Southgate, MI
Reconcile checks daily,
Weekly travel to Sterling Heights, MI
Organizing and managing reports in internal systems
Answering questions and providing front-line support to various cross-functional teams and employees
Supporting the team in the analysis, coordination, and execution of various programs
Independently organizing and producing computer-based presentations
Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
Support with packages and paper check management
Qualifications
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
3-5 years administrative experience is preferred
Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities
Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervision
Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize work
Must possess organizational, problem solving and follow through skills to complete projects in a timely manner
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Team player that is resourceful, creative and results oriented with strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels, in person and over the phone both within and outside the company
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma/GED equivalent
Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis
Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
Compensation:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $19 - $20 an hour / 20-25 hour work weeks
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
