Overview
This Full-Time position is your opportunity to take your financial and analytical skills to the next level with endless possibilities! The Supply Chain Finance Coordinator will contribute to the success of Quaker's Danville Manufacturing site by providing excellent payroll service to our 400+ employee base, preparing journal entries, supporting period end close financial reporting, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities
Process, review and reconcile payroll hours and dollars each week, in Kronos and SAP, to ensure an accurate payroll
Follow hard deadlines that the payroll process must adhere to while ensuring accuracy of employee paychecks
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and process payroll journal entries, cross charges and bank deposits
Ensure that financial transactions and reports are completed according to GAAP and corporate policy
Provide information to HR and mangers as requested
Support AOP processes for Payroll
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications
2-year degree (Finance or Accounting) or comparable work experience preferred
Knowledge of SAP or Kronos is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel
Ability to manage difficult or emotional situations professionally
Strong people and communication skills
Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change as well as have a positive influence on team members.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into action plans
Prior Payroll experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected Compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $57,400.
Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
