Overview
This Role for PBNA will be the support for the Sr Analyst on Site to deploy
effectively all the program work streams including change management.
Active testing and training support to our employees will be required on our
program sites, requiring field travel to our different locations in the US.
In the case of PBNA, this is more a site-specific ownership and support
• Test Case Design and Execution according to business needs
• Issue Identification and follow-up
• Support on training and Testing activities
• Employee Guidance through platform solutions
• FAQ Design and Delivery for Employee Solutions
• Site Support according to needs - Site relocation for additional
support
• Responsible for the site change management efforts related to payroll
• Responsible for the ownership of 2-3 deployment sites
Responsibilities
Team Lead (Deployment team) is responsible for handling the entire
lifecycle of the solution deployment, scheduling, communicating, mobilizing,
and executing the deployments according to the Sector, scope, and order
of sites. The Team Lead has experience delivering change and
transformation at the site and SC operations level, understanding the
operational necessities and priorities.
• Develop relationships with individual PBNA sites and gain an
understanding of current state workforce management processes.
• Utilize site experience and technical knowledge to change site
behaviors and transform the way we schedule our frontline
associates.
• Coordinate and lead requirement gathering sessions to deep dive into
site-specific scheduling and pay practices.
• Provide support to sites during User Acceptance training and ensure
that system configuration meets all of the sites' needs
• Provide tactical support to the deployment team lead by ensuring
sites adhere to the overall project critical path and timeline.
• Attend daily software configuration meetings to act as the Voice of
the Business for our third-party configuration partners
• Work with the Workforce Management Change Lead to create and
optimize site-specific communication material to support roll-out and
adoption of new practices
• Track site-by-site progress on change management initiatives
• Support sites throughout project duration with emphasis on helping
them implement within time and budget
• Role will engage directly with Senior Leaders in the Sites and
Regions, providing support, thought leadership and influence
leadership
Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between
$62,700 to $104,850 based on a full-time schedule.
• Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be
considered in setting actual starting salary.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,
