Position summary

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage SI in support of UKG migration

  • Look forward and identify risks, highlight issues along with mitigation plan

  • Support of technical implementation of business requirements as a sustainable program

  • Collaborate with PBNA IT Leads and business teams UKG migration

  • Manage PBNA Integration and user acceptance strategy & planning

  • Lead UKG PBNA integration design

  • Support HR OPS with UKG PBNA implementation planning (at site level)

  • Lead PBNA quality assurance planning

  • Support HR OPS with PBNA site deployment coordination

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Workforce Management applications Support and development experience

  • 3+ years project management

  • 2+ years working with Managed Service Partners

  • 2+ years of people management

Technical Skills

  • Functional knowledge of UKG Dimensions / Kronos Workforce Central

  • Dell Boomi integrations

  • Functional knowledge of SAP Payroll

  • Experience in Supporting Productions systems with a Global user base

  • Experience using ServiceNow, MyIT Portfolio, Azure DevOps, Quality Center MS Project and othersupporting tools

Non Technical Skills

  • Experience managing vendor 3rd party resources

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate and articulate to LG1-LG3 leadership

  • Proven ability to prioritize work and delegate deliverables leading a team of employees and contractors

  • Background collaborating with software vendors (https://i.e. UKG)

  • Expert level of Safe Agile framework

  • Ability communicate with various teams, various business units directly or indirectly and IT users.

  • Ability to listen to the end user requirements and take appropriate action based on PepsiCo's guidelines

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000- $135,600 based on a full-time schedule.

  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out Annually.

  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
