Each idea is managed in a Business Proposal (BP), resulting in a Manufacturing Notification and master data used for sell-in to customers.
Responsibilities
The Brand Commercial Platform Associate Manager reports into the Vice President of Brand Commercialization. The individual has accountability for driving creation, problem solving, and alignment of cross-functional product commercialization plans across all marketing teams (brand, innovation, portfolio, etc.). The individual coordinates work with the Prime Mover (L8) that writes BP, manages GR (Graphic Req) and TC (Trade Call) and MBS (Mexico Business) analyst for UPC/product code selection and creation.
Business Proposal Governance - Understand strategic direction for assignments. Work with Prime Mover (L8) to ensure scope clearly stated in BP. Identify complexity and resources needed; generate activity roadmaps. Direct BP through appropriate governance processes. Present initiatives for approval and calendar alignment at weekly Business Planning & Alignment Council (BPAC). 25%
Portfolio Leadership - The Platform Associate Manager will ensure all other business priorities; schedule dependencies and execution risks are being considered when creating the BP execution timeline for BPAC in-store commitment. Lead trade-off discussions as needed. 30%
Idea Commercialization - Drive BP execution of governed work plans to ensure project milestones are met. Lead cross-functional partners in weekly Task Force execution meetings. Late priorities may surface by leaders for growth, profit, share or productivity. Drive cross functional teams to quickly assess, reprioritize and adjust schedules to meet demands or elevate defined constraints. 20%
Training - The Platform Associate Manager will collaborate and educate new commercial team members and cross-functional partners on the commercialization process, timelines, guardrails and best practices. Sharing knowledge as to the "why" behind decisions is critical to building peers' foundational understanding of commercialization. 10%
Master Data Requirements: Ensure proper management of Master Data (UPCs / product codes / product attributes) as part of each business proposal with personal knowledge and oversight of coordinators who assemble master data for each BP. Have expertise to verify codes accuracy for BPs as part of final BP approval. 15%
Compensation and Benefit Details:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in relevant field preferably Business, Supply Chain or Operations
5+ years prior Commercial/Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven success gaining cross-functional alignment, and ability to influence to gain project / commercial support
Agility within VUCA environment
Experience and strong leadership capabilities in collaborating with other functional partners, specifically with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance & Packaging R&D in directing activities towards goals
Strategic Problem Solving: Exceptional strategic thinking, entrepreneurial style, and optimistic outlook to bring creativity and solution-orientation to tackle challenging business problems
Track-record of effectively managing time-sensitive project and competing priorities with minimum guidance
Detail and results oriented with strong execution skills partnered with intellectual curiosity
Possess adaptive style to navigate in an agile environment with frequent change
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact across levels
Plano TX HQ location

Experience with Cornerstone, Business Proposal process, Supply Chain/Go-To-Market (GTM) systems
