    The Opportunity :

    SC Ops Assoc Manager (Temporal -Proyecto)

    Act as a Project Manager, lead this project that encompasses transformations in 9 countries. Provide for alignment, adherence and execution of this initiative in multiple operating units. Ensure that each OU needs and requirements are met. Guarantee that the project is on time, accomplish main objectives and without exceeding budget by providing control and follow up of key activities, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, identifying and communicating to all key stakeholders. This role is key to ensure the correct LATAM Seasonings planning and execution across LATAM, to achieve strategic goals including: enhanced control of intellectual property, mitigate risk through a solid business continuity plan for seasoning sourcing and safeguarding the company's intellectual property.

    Responsibilities

    Your Impact

    As Ops Strategy Assoc Project Manager your scope would consist of:

    1. Lead the projects following the PM methodology and governance for compliance in the functions where is applicable. Accountable for the Project Management within project agenda.

    2. Provides leadership for project initiating to closing and ensures to incorporates lessons learned into the project processes, best practices, methodology and tools.

    3. Identifies and supports integration points within other projects.

    4. Develop and update the detailed project plans aligned with the functional areas and key stakeholders

    5. Ensure active risks / issues detection and mitigación trougth the different tasks and crossfunctional areas.

    6. Lead the periodical construccion of project status and ensure the correct communication for the several project forums. Provides project management support through metrics & scorecards (monthly and weekly communication)

    7. Lead, follow, monitor the value realization methodology to track the committed benefits in the projects.

    8. Ensure Multifunctional teams integration (Key stakeholders engagement and project team motivation)

    9. Ensure Change Management plan and execution

    10. Ensure constant follow up and status reporting to provide critical projects visibility and escalation process as needed.

    11. People management: all levels ensuring project execution on time

    Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For?

    • Professional in Engineering, Business Administration or any other similar major. Preferibly with a MBA.

    • +5 years of experience in managing major projects in supply chain, with duration of 6 months to 2 year and management teams of 5 or more collaborators.

    • At least 5 years of experience as Senior Consultant and in designing Supply Chain solutions.

    • At least 3 years of experience occupying executive positions and / or managers with 2 or more collaborators.

    • Highly recommended to be PMP Certified or other valid Project Management methodology

    • Fluid in english

    • Business know-how and knowledge

    • Highly-oriented results

    • Leadership skills

    • Capable to lead multifunctional teams to common objectives.

    • Capable to manage direct and indirect reports with high organizational Level (LG1+)

    • Negotiation & Influence capabilities.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Conceptual selling.

    • Searches, analyzes and brings cross industries best practices into the business.
